Who is Responsible for Creating and Editing Products?

The NPD team (EE and/or PL) is responsible for reaching out when they need their products created or editted.

Note

This includes providing the correct Model Numbers -- North America and Rest of World (when applicable).

What is the Process?

Generally speaking, reaching out to Platform and SIS Triage is the default/preferred way.

Create a Platform and SIS Triage ADO ticket for this.

  • You will need to select the “Triage Item” work item (see picture below for reference).

Note for One-Key Products

For One-Key Products, you will also need to coordinate with the One-Key team to have your information added to their system.

• This is because the JEDI / QuickLink Web database is different than the One-Key database.
• Teams should work with the Product Owner team (i.e. Brad Bilicki) for this.
